Unique patented UV3 technology combining ease of painting with gel resistance. Does not peel off, extreme color fastness, lasts 14 days! BASE COAT is a base coat designed specifically for use in the Shellac system. • Provides excellent grip. • Holds color on nails. • The bottle is equipped with a brush for smooth and easy application. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • Mix the mixture thoroughly. • Apply in a thin layer on all 5 cleaned fingers of one hand. • Allow to cure for 10 seconds in a CND UV lamp. • Repeat on the other hand. • Continue with Shellac Color.
